Find Your Role

Everyone starts their journey as a marshal at the TT in the same place, as a novice. Being a volunteer at a world class event means that there’s lots to learn about marshalling, keeping competitors and the public safe for many hours of high speed racing over the 37.73 miles of course.

Everyone who volunteers to marshal joins us with different levels of previous experience, some may have never marshalled at a race before, whereas others may have marshalled at other circuits in other countries. All are made very welcome to our marshal family.

Explore Roles

We quickly help you get up to speed with the requirements of marshalling on the iconic TT course, and depending on how far you want to progress with your marshalling, you could develop you skills to manage part of the TT course as a Deputy Sector Marshal, or progress further into key leadership positions as a Chief Sector Marshal for one of the 12 sectors around the course.

Take a look at the different roles and responsibilities, and see how far your unique skills and abilities could take you as a TT Marshal at the world famous TT Races.
